Yes, it is really simple to get started. Once you finalize your payment you will receive an email with a call in number to set an appointment. We are very prompt and will schedule you to the best of your availability. Once the appointment is met and active we will take virtual control over your computer and resolve any issue that you may be experiencing along with verbal communication.
Who would remotely access my computer?

Is it safe, how secure is the connection?
